How do I create availability templates?

Users can report their availability and inform you when they want to work and when they want to be off work.

If you want to have control over the times your employees report their availability you can create availability templates.

Note that the employees who report that they are not available can be still booked on shifts if necessary.

To create an availability template start with clicking on the gear icon > Availability templates under Scheduling.

Then press +Add, fill in the title, define start and end time as well as whether the template will be used to report that your employees are available or unavailable. 

Save the tempalte and you are done!
