To get to the User terms you can click on the gear icon>User tems under Account.
Here you can add and manage your own user terms which must be accepted by your personnel before they can use Timezynk.
Add a new agreement
You can add a new agreement by clicking on +Add custom user agreement, filling out the neccessary fields and pressing Create.
Check acceptance status
By clicking on Users to the right of the agreement's title you can see who has accepted and who has not accepted it.
Edit an existing agreement
You can edit an existing agreemnet by clicking on Edit to the right of the agreement's title.
If you make changes to an already accepted agreement it have to be accepted again by every user.
